Since January 2023, I have been a part of the Benedetti Foundation Workshop Ambassador scheme. During this mentor scheme we have weekly discussions about leading workshops in the community and have a workshop tool kit. 

This is just a series of notes for me to remember...

Here are some tools in my kit: 

Graphic score notation - listen to a piece of music - draw it - discuss it - the use of colours. 

When introducing yourself, say a colour as well to reflect on how you're feeling. 

Rubber chicken, body percussion can be complex. 

Often linking music to visual art creates a more tangible link to the music. 

Embodying music rather than 'just' playing it.
